Supervision for counselors

Just as it is advisable for budding psychotherapists to have a supervisor, if not to have access to one throughout their career, so too in the early phase of a philosophical counselor's career it is advisable to benefit from supervision with a seasoned senior counselor, if not throughout one's career. For several years, I have been supervising individual philosophical counselors and groups of philosophical counselors who share a group practice, analogous to psychotherapists who share a group practice.
